"Adam Tait's ex-special saloon Mini. 870cc, originally run a 48IDA (now uses a sidedraught Weber.) LSD, 649 race cam, bored +20 thou, Chris Tyrrell full race head, straight cut close ratio gearbox. It's the only known existing Free Formula 850. It has been dry stored for the past 20 years and it came complete with its low back bucket seat, original livery and race number. The engine is being rebuilt later this year and the bodywork will be improved cosmetically. It will be used for competition and shows. Geoff Poulter built and raced it in the free formula 850/Kent Messenger series during the 80s"
